Best Brunch Spots in the City

15 Aug

We can admit with no shame that brunching is one of our favorite weekend activities! There is something very comforting about sitting down with friends and family to enjoy a delicious meal in the morning. Luckily for those of us residing in Vancouver, there is an abundance of restaurants to choose from. We have compiled a list of some of our top brunch spots – let us know your suggestions too!

This restaurant is located inside the Listel Hotel on Robson Street and has a modern menu offering a variety of farm-to-table dishes. They have something for everyone here, including Brioche French Toast with Rhubarb Puree and Corned Bison Hash with Homemade Sauerkraut. Try to make a reservation to avoid waiting in any lines!

Heirloom serves up healthy and vegetarian brunch fare on South Granville. Despite their menu being extremely satisfying, you don’t have to feel guilty about overeating, as you can trust everything is made fresh! Try treating yourself to their Eggs Benny Hash or to die for Heirloom Grilled Cheese.

3.Ask For Luigi

Ask For Luigi is located in one of Vancouver’s up and coming neighborhood’s called Railtown. They serve hearty Italian food with a twist, but you have to get here as early as possible because this restaurant fills up quickly. Think Pappardelle with Bolognese Sauce and a fried egg on top, or Two Poached Eggs with ricotta stuffed eggplant and tomato sauce.
